By and large, language is a tool for concealing the truth
John McCain’s and Sarah Palin’s rhetoric, tone, and bitterness are exactly the type of tactics Republicans have been using for years: fear, blame, and denial.
Here’s a great example of this behavior:
“Naturally, the common people don’t want war, but after all, it is the leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag people along whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship.
Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. This is easy.
All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifist for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country.”
-Hermann Goering, Hitler’s Reich-Marshall at the Nurenberg Trials after WWII
Scary, isn’t it?
This country was dragged into an unneeded war. What’s next? Are we going to be dragged into drilling for oil when we have the ability to create viable fuel alternatives? Are women going to be dragged back into the 19th century and not have the right to choose?
Enough already.
Republicans pander to their base and treat the rest of us who question their ways as traitors and immoral.
I will not be dragged anywhere against my will.
Republicans may love America, but they sure as hell hate Americans.

It is a dirty sham that has been thrust on the public. The deceptions, manipulations, and false intelligence used to bring war is a travesty. The sad thing is that so many have fallen prey to the MSM soft-brainwash programming. They have no clue. I saw that clip the other day. Caesar wrote a very similar statement regarding the ability to trick the masses into accepting war.

War comes when we believe. So must we stop it?
